Leases

Section 380.611  Leases Developers must enter into a written lease with each Tenant having a term of no less than 12 months.  The lease shall contain a Rental Assistance Rider.  The lease shall indicate which party is responsible for paying the utilities.  Developers shall provide each Tenant and the funding Agency with a copy of the lease.
