Section 381.208 Funding of
Grants
Subject to
the terms of the Commitment with the Authority
and the related documents evidencing the grant
,
the Authority will provide funds to the awarded
municipalities
and counties
when the Appropriation is made available
and as set forth in Sections 381.20
1 and 203.
