Section 385.308 Funding of
Grants
Subject to
the terms of the applicable Commitment with an
Administering
Agency and the related documents evidencing the Grant
, an Agency shall provide funds to the
Administering Agencies
when
the Appropriation is made available and as set forth in Section 385.30
