Resignation of Directors

Section 700 Section 700.211  Resignation of Directors Any Director may resign at any time by giving written notice of such resignation, either to the Board of Directors, the President or the Secretary-Treasurer of the Corporation.  Unless otherwise specified therein, such resignation shall take effect upon receipt thereof by the Board of Directors or by such Officer.
