Definitions
Section 1103.25 Definitions
Department means the Illinois
Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
Director means the Director of the
Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation-Division of
Insurance.
Division means the Department of
Financial and Professional Regulation-Division of Insurance.
