Eligible Program Costs
Section 523.40 Eligible Program Costs
The total amount of a grant to an eligible developer
shall not exceed the lesser of:
a)
$3,000,000 in each
State fiscal year; or
b)
the
total amount of infrastructure costs incurred by the eligible developer with
respect to a project that is the subject of an agreement.
