Section 524.110  Eligible Applicants A municipality that has environmentally challenged land within 1,500 yards of a riverfront in the State of Illinois may apply to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for certification of as a River Edge Redevelopment Zone, in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 5 of the Act and this Part.
