Part 206 is promulgated by the
Director of Insurance pursuant to Sections 14.1, 29, 44, 57, 68, 80 and 401 of
the Illinois Insurance Code, which empower the Director
to make reasonable
rules and regulations as may be necessary for making effective
the
insurance laws of the State.
