Section 2500.10 Purpose
This Part sets forth processes implementing assessment and
payment of fees, taxes and other charges pursuant to Sections 408, 409, 410,
412, 444 and 444.1 of the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5] and Section 12
of the Fire Investigation Act [425 ILCS 25].
