Section 2907.40  Coding Conventions for the Insurance Oversight Workers' Compensation Data Collection The data described in Section 2907.30 must be submitted to the Department electronically in a Comma Separated Values (.csv) format. A sample table illustrating the format of the data is included in Appendix B.  A template for the data submission is available on the Department's website at http://insurance.illinois.gov/.
