Additional Penalties

Section 3119.75 Additional P enalties In addition to, or instead of, course and provider disqualifications as set forth in Section 3119.70, the Director may take any appropriate regulatory action authorized by Article XXIV of the Code or any other provision of the Code or rule against a provider who fails to meet the requirements of this Part.
