Section 3120.90 Noncompliance
Violation of the requirements of this Part may be considered
evidence of misrepresentation under Section 149 of the Illinois Insurance Code
and/or a deceptive act or practice prohibited under Sections 423 and 424 of the
Illinois Insurance Code.
