Purpose

Section 4002 Section 4002.10  Purpose This Part will implement Article XL and Article XXVI of the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5/Arts. XL and XXVI] and provides guidance for compliance with Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (15 USC 6801 through 6827) which govern the treatment of personal information by all licensees of the Illinois Department of Insurance.
