Purpose

Section 4404 Section 4404.10  Purpose The purpose of this Part is to set forth the underlying calculations involved concerning the transfer of money among the prior pension fund, the current pension fund and the officers; and the associated requirements to transfer previously accumulated creditable service by an active member of an Article 3 police pension fund pursuant to Sections 3-110 and 3-110.7 of the Illinois Pension Code [40 ILCS 5/3-110 and 3-110.7].
