Applicability

Section 575.100  Applicability Every qualified group workers' compensation pool, as defined in Section 107a.05 of the Illinois Insurance Code, must have homogeneous risk characteristics as provided in Section 107a.08 of the Code and shall be subject to the requirements of this Part.
