Section 751 Section 751.10  Preamble The purpose of the regulations under this Part is to interpret and effect the purpose and provisions of the new Article VII-A and to set forth the responsibilities of advisory organizations and companies in the compilation and distribution of insurance statistics and other ancillary or related activities.
