Section 754.40 Submission of
Filings
a) All rule and rate filings required in Sections 754.10 and
754.30 must be received no later than 10 days after their stated effective date
or the stated effective date of the rule or rate filing to which the
information or authorization relates.
b) All filings required in Sections 754.10 and 754.30 must be submitted
using SERFF.
