Section 8100 Section 8100.245  Definition of the term "Net Retained Liability" as Used in Sections 8.(a) and 11.(c)(2) of the Act The term "Net Retained Liability" as used in Sections 8.(a) and 11.(c)(2) of the Act shall mean the total liability retained by a title insurance company for a single risk, after taking into account the deduction for ceded liability, if any.
