Purpose

Section 545.510  Purpose In accordance with the general intent of Section 2001 of the Act [20 ILCS 700/2001] the Homeland Security Market Development Program is intended to support the development and/or application of homeland security-related products or services, conditioned upon these products or services addressing demonstrated needs in homeland security and/or defense.
