Grantee Eligibility Requirements

Section 548.60  Grantee Eligibility Requirements An eligible applicant for a grant award under the Connect Illinois Grant Program shall meet the definition of an eligible entity under Section 20.  To be eligible for a grant award, an applicant shall have an active GATA registration and be qualified on the GATA Grantee Portal (https://grants.illinois.gov/portal/) at the time the application is submitted.
