Section 2725 Section 2725.235  Consolidation Or Severance Of Proceedings a)         The Director's Representative shall, on his own motion or the motion of a party, consolidate hearings if he finds that hearings involve a common question of law or fact, that consolidation will expedite the hearings, and that no rights of any party will be prejudiced. b)         All parties shall be given notice of the motion to consolidate and opportunity to be heard on the motion. c)         The Director's Representative shall sever cases previously consolidated if it appears that the requirements of subsection (a) are not met.
