Section 2765 Section 2765.44  Fee For Not Sufficient Funds (NSF) Checks An employer that attempts to pay amounts due under this Part with a check returned to the Department because of insufficient funds (NSF) in its bank account to cover the amount of the check will be charged a fee of $20.00.
