Section 2765.60 Payment Or
Filing By Mail
Where the payment of
contribution or filing wage reports is received through the United States mail
and the postmark thereon bears a date within the prescribed time limits, the
contributions or the wage reports shall be considered timely paid or filed, as the
case may be.
