Section 2765 Section 2765.80  Approval Of Application For Waiver If the good cause relied upon in the application is sufficiently demonstrated by verifiable facts and circumstances, or supported by documentary evidence, such as a medical doctor's certificate, death certificate, or photocopies of the proof of casualty, the Director shall approve the application and issue an order granting the waiver.
