Waiver of Recovery (TRA)
Section 2835.33 Waiver of Recovery (TRA)
The Agency shall waive the recovery of any overpayment of
TRA benefits, to the extent authorized to do so under 20 CFR 617.55, as it is
on December 1, 2008 without regard to any later amendments.
