Section 2835 Section 2835.55  Reconsideration Or Appeal Of Denial Of Request For Waiver a)         A denial of the request for waiver of recoupment may be considered by the claims adjudicator within one year from the date of the decision. b)         The decision denying waiver or the reconsideration thereof, is also appealable to a hearings referee within thirty days after it has been delivered to the claimant or mailed to his last known address.
