Eligible Applicants

Section 560 Section 560.15  Eligible Applicants Local governmental units (counties and cities), not-for-profit economic developmental organizations, educational agencies (public and private), or a combination thereof may apply to the Department for financial assistance under the Program.  Where applicable, eligible applicants may subcontract the actual operation of the incubator to a public organization or private firm.
