Scheduling and Notice of a Formal Hearing

Section 300.1040  Scheduling and Notice of a Formal Hearing A written notice of the formal hearing shall be served on the parties not less than 21 days prior to the date of the hearing. The notice shall advise all parties that a failure to appear at the hearing may result in the entry of an enforceable judgment or dismissal against a party not appearing.
