Waivers of Limitation of Cost

Section 2610 Section 2610.90  Waivers of Limitation of Cost The Department shall approve a request for waiver of the cost limitations delineated in Section 108(b) of the Act if the following criteria are met: a)         the Private Industry Council (PIC) initiates a request either through submission of the local job training plan or a modification to the local job training plan; b)         the request meets the requirements specified in Section 108(c)(2) of the Act; and c)         approval of the request shall not impair the achievement of performance standards established under Section 106 of the Act.
