Issuance or Rejection

Section 320.850  Issuance or Rejection a)         Within 45 calendar days after receipt of an application, the Department will issue to the business an Equal Pay Registration Certificate or a Statement of Rejection stating why the application was rejected. b)         A business has 30 calendar days from the date it receives the Statement of Rejection to cure any deficiencies in its application that led to the rejection and resubmit the revised application to the Department.
