Disclosure of the EPA Complainant's Identity

Section 325.130  Disclosure of the EPA Complainant's Identity Nothing in 56 Ill. Adm. Code 320 shall be deemed to restrict IDOL from disclosing the identity of the EPA Complainant to IDHR or to require IDHR to keep the EPA Complainant's identity confidential.
