Section 350.420  Providing Records to Government Representatives a)         Basic Requirement When an authorized government representative asks for the records kept under this Subpart B, the employer shall provide copies of the records within 4 business hours. b)         Implementation Authorized representatives of the IDOL Director conducting an inspection or investigation under the Act have the right to obtain copies of injury and illness records.
