Oath of Public Office

Section 5300.13 15  Oath of Public Office The Chair and all Commissioners shall take an Oath of Office or affirmation at the beginning of their term.  The Oath shall constitute the Commissioner's sworn responsibility to the public trust.  The Oath of Office shall be administered by the Executive Director of the Commission.
