Cancellation of Meetings
Section 5300.1325 Cancellation of Meetings
The Chair may cancel a regular or special meeting if she or
he is aware that a quorum of the body will not be present or if the meeting
date conflicts with other responsibilities of the Commissioners. The Chair may
cancel a meeting if, after roll call, a quorum fails to attend or if, during a
scheduled meeting, the Commission loses a quorum. Notices of continued,
rescheduled, or cancelled meetings shall be posted as provided by the Open
Meetings Act.
