Section 5300.610 Filing of
Complaint
Complaints shall be filed by the
Department or, pursuant to Section 7A-102(G) of the Act, by the Aggrieved Party
with the Chief Administrative Law Judge. Where the Department files the
Complaint, it shall immediately serve a Notice of Filing on all Parties.
