Voluntary Dismissal

Section 5300 Section 5300.780  Voluntary Dismissal The complainant may obtain dismissal of the complaint, with prejudice, by filing a written motion with the Administrative Law Judge and serving all parties and the Department.  If knowingly and voluntarily made, such motion shall be granted and the proceedings dismissed by the Administrative Law Judge by written order served on all parties and the Department.
