Maintenance

Section 6000 Section 6000.170  Maintenance a)         Periodic maintenance as required or recommended by the amusement ride or amusement attraction manufacturer shall be performed.  The maintenance shall be recorded on a log documenting daily maintenance, which shall detail the maintenance performed, the date performed and by whom performed, and that shall be available for review by the Department. b)         Maintenance records shall be maintained for one calendar year.
