Prerequisites for disbursement of funds

Section 103 Section 103.180  Prerequisites for disbursement of funds a)         Agencies are required to submit a continuation application for the forthcoming year prior to commencement of the fiscal year, within timeframes as established by and using forms prescribed by the Department. b)         Agencies are further required to submit a full agency plan for the Department's review and approval within timeframes as established by and using forms prescribed by the Department.
