Non-transferability of license

Section 115 Section 115.450  Non-transferability of license a)         A license is not assignable or transferable. b)         Discontinuation of operations causes the license to be void. c)         License documents and all copies shall remain Department property and shall be returned by the agency within 10 days after notifying the Department of a change in ownership, or if the license is revoked or modified.
