Section 116.90Â Individual
Health Supports and Assessment
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The registered professional nurse shall assess an individual's
health status at least annually or more frequently at the discretion of the
registered professional nurse.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A physician, advanced practice nurse or physician assistant
shall assess an individual's health status at least annually or more frequently
at the discretion of the physician or at the request of the agency or the
registered professional nurse.
