Section 117 Section 117.210  Notice of ineligibility and right to appeal a)         If, based on the evaluations as described in Section 117.140, the individual is found ineligible, the Department shall notify him or her or the guardian in writing within 30 days. b)         Appeal of a service denial may be made as provided for in Section 117.145.
