Section 117.340Â Denial of
other services
Families participating in this
program shall not be denied generic or specialized services available to all
families with mentally disabled children because they are receiving a monthly
stipend. Department-funded agencies shall not terminate services currently
being offered to the eligible child due to the family's participation in this
program nor shall the agencies introduce a service fee that was not in place
prior to the family's participation in this program.
