Petition for Release from or Modification of Services Charges

Section 299.1060  Petition for Release from or Modification of Services Charges Any service recipient who has been issued a Notice of Determination of sums due as service charges may petition the Department for a review of that determination.  The appeal process is detailed in 89 Ill. Adm. Code 508, with the exception that a petitioner has 90 days to file an appeal request.  The petitioner cannot be represented by another service recipient.
