Use of Intermediaries

Section 670.30  Use of Intermediaries DCEO may enter into agreements or contracts with one or more intermediaries to assist in administering the program, including, but not limited to, issuing subawards to human services providers through a grant award from DCEO.  DCEO may also enter into an inter-governmental agreement with DHS or other State agencies to provide funds to DCEO to secure an intermediary.  The nature of the services provided shall determine whether the arrangement with an intermediary is a grant, procurement or other relationship.
