Section 690.130  Applicant Affiliations In a financial assistance opportunity that may be applied for on or after July 21, 2020, a business' revenue and headcount shall include that of any parent company, affiliate, and subsidiary for the purposes of any revenue or employee headcount eligibility criteria set forth in this Subpart.
