Section 690.145  Requirements for Child Care Restoration Grants In order to qualify for a Child Care Restoration Grant, the applicant must: a)         be a licensed child care provider holding a valid day care license from DCFS (see 89 Ill. Adm. Code 406, 407 or 408). b)         regularly provide full-day, year-round child care services. c)         typically rely on private-pay tuition receipts and/or payments through DHS' Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP (see 89 Ill. Adm. Code 50)) for at least 25% of its revenues. d)         be open and receiving children at the time of application. e)         certify that its operating capacity has been reduced as a result of COVID-19 restrictions.
