Section 710.30  Funding Source The grant awards described in this Part are contingent upon the availability of funding in the Coal to Solar Energy Storage Initiative Fund [20 ILCS 3855/1-75(c-5)(10)(A)], which is funded by the Coal to Solar Energy Storage Initiative Charge [20 ILCS 3855/1-75(c-5)(9)]. The Department shall utilize up to $280,500,000 in the Coal to Solar and Energy Storage Initiative Fund for grants to qualified applicants. [20 ILCS 3855/1-75(c-5)(10)(C)]
