Section 830.30  Funding Source The grant awards described in this Part are contingent upon appropriation of funding from the Energy Transition Assistance Fund.  Funding also may be made available from other lawful sources, including donations, grants, and federal incentives .  See 20 ILCS 730/5-50(j); 20 ILCS 605/605-1075.
