Review of Denial of Guaranteed Participating Loans

Section 900 Section 900.139  Review of Denial of Guaranteed Participating Loans a)         Where a guaranteed participating loan has been denied, the financial intermediary may petition the Board to review such denial.  Such petition will be reviewed by the Board at one of the Board's next two regularly scheduled meetings. b)         The petition must be delivered by the financial intermediary to the Authority within 15 business days of the date of the notice of denial. c)         The Board's decision on the petition shall be based upon Section 900.115.
