A Capital Expenditure Minimums/Review Thresholds

Section 1130.APPENDIX A Capital Expenditure Minimums/Review Thresholds In accordance with the requirements of Section 3 of the Act, HFSRB's capital expenditure minimums and review thresholds are adjusted in July of each calendar year due to inflation. The Consumer Price Index is used to calculate the inflation factor for HFSRB's thresholds. The current minimums and review thresholds are available at https://hfsrb.illinois.gov/con-program.html .
